| Terms of Warranty: |
| Each of our products is warranted by The Sentry Case Company against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable. |

| Our commitment does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or neglect of the product, damage to contents, theft, loss of use, loss of time or damage caused by airline mishandling or other consequential or incidental damages. Should the airlines or another carrier damage your case, you should immediately file a damage claim with the carrier. Any modifications or opening of the electronic enclosure void this warranty. Due to security modifications, the case is not airtight or waterproof but is water resistant. Care should be taken to plug the notched grooves during wet weather conditions to further protect equipment and case. The Sentry Case Company is indemnified against damage to equipment or the case from water. |

| If you should experience a defect in material or workmanship within this warranty period, call our Customer Service team toll free at (888) 41-Sentry Case and we will give you an authorization to return the item for repair. You must include a copy of your purchase receipt. If you need service on a non-warranty repair, contact us and we will arrange to repair your bag at a nominal cost. |

| Return Policy: |

| We are certain that you will be pleased with your new Sentry Case but if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price. |

| 1. You must show proof of purchase (non-transferable) |
| 2. We cannot take returns of products that have been used or modified. |
| 3. Please email info@thesentrycase.com and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. Or call us at (888) 41-SENTRY We will give you a return authorization number and a return address. |
| 4. Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address you will be provided. |
| 5. Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and we recommend that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit. |
| 6. We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase. |
