Sounding Alarm: Sentry Cases all come standard with a 12-Volt AC Adapter and 108 db alarm that sounds when the cable is cut or unplugged from the case or wall outlet.  A replacement 9-volt battery comes installed within the electronic enclosure.  Be sure to observe the polarity and insert the battery with the + side up. There are no serviceable parts inside the alarm enclosure and opening the enclosure will void the warranty. User caution is advised for listening to the alarm at close range and for extended periods. Locking Telescoping Handle: Telescoping easy-pull handle for steady control and ease of transport.
Removable Handles: Comfortable, front and top easy-grip removable handles (2).
Wide Track Wheels: Large three-inch “wide track” heavy duty wheels for maximum stability.
Metal Latches: Two easy-to-open latches with keyed chrome metal locks.
Steel Cable: 10-foot steel cable easily attachable to any sturdy or fixed object.
Padlock Holes: Two molded-in padlock holes to secure your valuables.  Our padlock holes will accept most standard padlocks and a TSA approved airline lock can also be used.
Rustproof: Made entirely of space age polypropylene and PVC. There is no metal used in manufacturing or construction of the case that would allow rust or corrosion, except for the electronic security modification, custom chrome front locks, and the quick release pins, which are rust resistant. The pins for the hinges and latches are all made of Acetyl resin, which offers excellent lubricity and will not be affected by extreme temperatures. Acetyl resin will never rust or corrode.
Water Resistant: Security modifications have changed the Sentry Case from waterproof to water resistant.  The Sentry Case was completely waterproof prior to the drilling of one small hole for the DC Jack, and three small screw holes for the alarm.  Based on these security modifications, we must now state the Sentry Case as water resistant.
Crush Resistant: Manufactured to exceed MIL STDs of 400 Lbs stacking, drop test at 48".
Chemical Resistant: Molded with polypropylene resin which offers excellent chemical resistance to oils, fuels and solvents.
UV Resistant: Molded with a UV stabilizer, making them ultraviolet resistant. This will prevent the plastic from becoming brittle if left in the sun for extended periods of time. Loss of color pigmentation is prevented by a UV protection additive used within the co-polymer.

Accuform Foam: Accuform Foam is vertically pre-scored, high-density foam that is easily formed to provide a snug fit that protects your equipment. Our Accuform Foam is a removable, cubed matrix customizable foam set that includes 7 layers: 1 convolute egg-crate foam in the lid, 3 thick cubed foam center pick and pluck layers and 3 flat pads used as high density shock absorbing foam bottom layer.
Adjustable Divider Tray: Padded divider sets consist of thickly padded, Velcro lined divider “walls” that are adjustable to an infinite variety of configurations, allowing you to provide various sized compartments to protect your valuable equipment.
